For the individuals we serve, regardless of who they are or what they’re looking for, we consider it a privilege to help make it happen for them. Walking alongside thousands of fascinating people with developmental disabilities in Central Ohio, it is our mission not just to provide a list of services, but to help people achieve what they want when it comes to things like where to live, work, learn and connect. And we’re creative, innovative, and dedicated to improving the quality of life, one person at a time, by:

Far more than a mission statement, it’s about people’s lives. And we believe those people should be the ones telling us what, when, and how they want to live it. After all, it’s their life, not ours, and we just want to help them make it a reality.

It’s intersecting with someone’s life, becoming their partner, and serving them in a way that makes every day better than the previous one. We don’t believe in “taking care” of the people we support because we’re not babysitters. We’re dedicated, committed professionals who, from our heart, want the best for those we interact with. And to do that requires going far beyond a list of services, programs and activities.

Because those we support are just as passionate about living life to the fullest as we are. No limitations, just expectations. Not what someone can’t do, but what moves someone forward.
