Let’s make it happen - for THEM!

So much goes into a decision of who to refer a son, daughter, relative or friend to for support. Just know we take your decision as personally as you do. We think creating opportunities and setting new expectations for some of the most interesting people in the world is a privilege. But it’s also a huge responsibility, and one we take quite seriously. We believe in moving forward, in coming alongside such wonderful people to make their ideas and dreams a reality. So if you’re looking for a glorified babysitter, we’re probably not the best fit. But if you’re looking for people who are dedicated to helping others live life to the fullest, you’ve come to the right place.

Find them a better place to live.

Want them to have the independence of having their own place, but knowing they’re in a safe, supportive environment with people who care? We can make that happen. Sound

Get them connected.

Want them to meet good friends? Go to cool places? Get involved in the community? We can make that happen, too. Sound

See your child blossom.

Want support from their teachers? Want a individualized and specialized education environment with family supports? We can make that happen. Sound

Get them a real job.

Want them to have a real job with real pay? Want them to be proud to answer the “what do you do for a living” question? Want them to be able to buy the things they really want? We can make that happen. Sound

“I can’t thank you enough for the big smile our Michael is wearing. He is so happy at his job. As a Mom it is a blessing watching your children grow, Michael is finally feeling confident and believes in himself. It’s been a journey and I think he’s come full-circle. We can’t thank you & all of the others at Add enough for this positive turnaround.”
-Jackie Mascari

Ikfina, a little girl with Down syndrome, came to Add in 2009 unable to walk and on a feeding tube. In no time she started connecting with other children and began to blossom. Today Ikfina excitedly climbs down the bus steps and greets everyone with a cheerful "Hi" and a wave. She can even eat with little help, a fact that made her parents cry with joy when they found out how much there daughter had grown.
